8.3 If you ask us to delete your personal information (and we are not required by law to retain it), we will do so within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Conduct a prompt assessment (within 30 days of becoming aware) to determine whether a breach is “eligible”;
  • If it is an eligible breach, notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as soon as practicable;

13. Complaints

13.1 If you believe we have mishandled your personal information or breached the APPs, you can lodge a complaint with us by contacting our Privacy Officer (see Section 15).
13.2 We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If we cannot resolve it promptly, we will keep you informed of our progress.
