Project Description

The building maintenance work at Bondi Junction was carried out by MJ Engineering Projects as part of their building maintenance services. In this case, the structure consisted of concrete columns, a beam-framed structure with brickwork infills and a concrete ceiling. Additionally, the building had 10 floors and there were 54 units of residential housing as well as commercial offices and shops on the ground floor of the building.
